Workers are removing my beloved kitchen, we have to change the floor and walls, and a bathroom completely redone.
I will cook for at least a month.
What chaos ..... Luckily I have some recipe in the archives.
Unfortunately I can not make a dove, but at least I did casatiello!!
Very good, the recipe is Mysia, follow it step by step, is perfect.
1 kg flour 500 ml water 25 gr yeast
200 grams of lard
1 teaspoon salt Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and mix all ingredients.
Knead with strength (mix lard is very tiring).
Let rise under a cloth for about 1 hour.
100 grams of cooked
100 grams of 100 grams of salami, mortadella
100 g bacon 100 g fontina cheese
100 gr 100 gr 100 gr of smoked cheese
provolone
Roll out the dough into a rectangle and sprinkle with all the ingredients cut into cubes.
Roll tightly and place in a ring mold greased with lard.
Let rise overnight (or even for 4 hours in the heat) and bake at 160 degrees for about an hour.
