A cake light and fragrant, try it!
2 eggs 185 gr
sifted flour 00 160 125
grams of sugar EVO oil (I used to semi)
60 ml milk 60 ml of juice
1 teaspoon orange zest 1 orange yeast
(untreated)
zest of 1 lemon (untreated) - here I have abounded since I had my lemon trees (tree in the background).
Mix eggs with sugar (I used the whips), and incorporate the other ingredients, yeast last.
Bake in a pan of 20 cm in diameter at 160 degrees for about 40 minutes.
