Wholemeal bread with sourdough ice cream

Ilaria Thanks to my girlfriend I have the dough, I kindly donated a piece of his, made with the method of the Simili sisters.
After several attempts and a near murder, I got familiar with this yeast.
The bread has a whole different flavor and even pizza.
And here is the bread recipe
Unmondodifarina
150 grams of sourdough
200 gr whole wheat flour
300 grams of flour 0
350 ml of warm water 1 teaspoon salt


Put the dough in the bowl and add water, dissolve it with a fork and then add the flour and salt.
Knead just a plate and cover with pushing through the night. The next morning
fold the dough on a floured table and make three folds. Put the dough in a floured cloth in a basket to give rise for three hours. Fold on a baking sheet and bake in hot oven for about 30 minutes.
