I will cook for at least a month.
What chaos ..... Luckily I have some recipe in the archives.
Unfortunately I can not make a dove, but at least I did casatiello!!
Very good, the recipe is Mysia, follow it step by step, is perfect.


1 kg flour 500 ml water 25 gr yeast

200 grams of lard

1 teaspoon salt Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and mix all ingredients.
Knead with strength (mix lard is very tiring).
Let rise under a cloth for about 1 hour.
100 grams of cooked
100 grams of 100 grams of salami, mortadella


100 g bacon 100 g fontina cheese

100 gr 100 gr 100 gr of smoked cheese
provolone
Roll out the dough into a rectangle and sprinkle with all the ingredients cut into cubes.
Roll tightly and place in a ring mold greased with lard.
Let rise overnight (or even for 4 hours in the heat) and bake at 160 degrees for about an hour.

2 eggs 185 gr

zest of 1 lemon (untreated) - here I have abounded since I had my lemon trees (tree in the background).
Mix eggs with sugar (I used the whips), and incorporate the other ingredients, yeast last.
Bake in a pan of 20 cm in diameter at 160 degrees for about 40 minutes.

So many candles, sitting on cushions on the ground (maybe a little 'uncomfortable), but that atmosphere!
And gluttony ... "Burger and fries "!!!!!
But ... from homemade bread.


For 10 rolls with the MDP

Place the ingredients in this order in the bread machine

180 ml warm milk 130 ml

warm water 1 egg 30 g butter 300 g flour 00

300 grams of flour 1 package dry yeast
10 grams of salt (away from yeast) 25 g sugar

Press the dough only program (1 hour and a half). Remove the dough from the machine and train ten balls to be placed on palacca covered with parchment paper. Let rise in warm for an hour. Brush with milk and top with sesame seeds. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.

They're great.

For two burgers with salt and pepper 250 g of freshly ground meat and cook in a frying pan.

I put mayonnaise in my sandwiches, burgers, fontina cheese, cooked lettuce, tomato and ketchup. Other than McDonald's !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

350 grams of flour 100 ml Greek di Tufo (or other wine)
100 ml of vegetable oil
130 g sugar 1 pinch of yeast

Mix ingredients and form pretzels, dip in sugar and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

recipe is from "Making Bread" by Cathy Ytak
for a loaf of 750 grams
280 ml of water 1 tablespoon oil
Evo

1 teaspoon honey 1 teaspoon lemon juice
450 gr of flour to the seven cereals (Castroni)
30 gr coarsely chopped hazelnuts
2.5 teaspoons baking powder 1.5 teaspoons salt

Put all ingredients in this order in Mdp and operate the program only mixture (1 hour and 30). Allow 30 minutes still
the machine lit .
Remove the dough and form a loaf, let it rise for 1 hour on a baking tray. A rising

Bake in preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Pink Tinge For Three Days

'm back! But have you heard that cold.
Here in Rome and we are freezing in a rain ....!!!!
But let one of my favorite dishes.
Perfect with this chilly, just steaming hot with mozzarella and provolone streamers. Main course to accompany
a ' salad.


For the recipe go to the eye. Many
potatoes boil washed. Once boiled peel (without getting burned) and mash with potato masher . Combine mozzarella and provolone cubes to (so much), ham, salami, or whatever you want (or need to eat), add two eggs and milk until a soft consistency, parmesan cheese, butter (but I do not put) sprinkle with salt and with nutmeg.
Mix everything together and pour into a greased baking sheet.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and garnish with curls of butter. Bake at 220 °
for about forty minutes and not until it is golden.

Tonight at Alice (Sky) started "The World of Csaba.
's wonderful, I love it, it's so chic and kitchen with a naturalness.
Tonight did a cous cous simple but very inviting. Will try it soon and will let you know.
But back to us ..... here's my lemon tree.
small but will grow ... I hope so.



And with the first lemon I made this beautiful plum fragrant.

3 eggs 1 lemon yogurt 3

yogurt cups flour 1 jar and 1 / 2 a jar of sugar

seed oil a few drops of lemon (optional)
two teaspoons of lemon paste (optional)
grated rind of one lemon 1 tablespoon baking

Mix everything together and bake at 160 degrees for 45 minutes.
