Open a new document 1000x1000 px. Open with photoshop the photo you want to include in the collage. Copy them into the blank sheet.
Now select the first layer containing the first picture, change-processing perspective (edit-processing perspective) and through the handles to change the orientation. Repeat the process for all layers of the photos.
Let's take a little effect to our photos, and drop shadow layer style. Copy and paste the layer style on all levels of the photos.
Now you can color the background to your taste ...
