For two people
2 threads 200-gr about
shelled salted pistachio.
Flour the fillets and brown in a pan with a bit ' oil, just a minute per side.
Meanwhile, chop the pistachios.
Remove the fillets in the same pan, add the pistachios with a bit ' cream, to thicken the sauce and sprinkle with a dash of brandy, add the fillets and cook for two minutes.
eat them hot.
