150 grams of butter
120 grams of sugar
1 egg 2 egg yolks 2 teaspoons instant coffee
a pinch of Preparing salt
the pastry dough and add the instant coffee dissolved in a little warm water.
Let the dough rest in the fridge wrapped in cling film.
Roll out the dough into a 4 mm thick and cut biscuits.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
