A Valentine hubby cooks.
Well tonight I've made the heart-shaped pizza, but no pictures "because I made it for my love and not for the blog." And my love was so happy to be able to eat immediately without waiting the usual photos and the inevitable cooling .
For two people (recipe taken from Sale & Pepe in February)
with our modifications:
2 fillets of beef 150 gr the
half a glass of cognac
a dl fresh cream (the cake)
teaspoon red pepper
Fry the fillets in a pan with a little oil and sprinkle with cognac.
Allow alcohol to evaporate and remove the meat and put in a baking dish in a warm-
Add the cream to the pan, raise the heat and season with salt until it a bit ' thicken.
Pour over the meat, sprinkle with pepper and place in oven at 160 degrees for a few minutes.
