When I first tasted this pie they were electrocuted.
Melts in your mouth with a heart of nutella, enclosed in a shell of pastry covered with a creamy sauce cream and coconut.
Luckily my friend Frank I now give the recipe, unfortunately I have no photos of this beautiful slice of cake because it was prepared
and brought to a dinner with friends. As soon as I'll just make insert the photo of the slice (at which point you will want to bite the Pc ... and then do not say I did not warn you).
300 grams of flour
150 grams of sugar
150 grams of butter
1 whole egg 2 egg
1 tablespoon bread angels.
Mix all ingredients and place the dough in the fridge to rest for 30 minutes.
To cover with coconut
2 clear
100 grams of sugar
150 gr coconut flour
a small package of cream HoplĂ .
Fit the clear whites with sugar.
Whip cream and mix the two compounds with the coconut flour.
1 jar of Nutella
Roll out the pastry into the pan, cover with nutella the mixture and then coat with coconut.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 m. Allow to cool before
remove from the oven and sprinkle with cocoa
