below here is the cake of sponge cake filled with pastry cream flavored with caramel (invented by me to give an aroma PARTICULAR ...) and cream ... so much cream colored gelatin decoration .....

here is the theme ..... baking cups, mini pastries with custard, strawberry and cream biscuit ... ....... little heart with crushed pistachio ... .....
